Today his holiness Dalai Lama visited Helsinki. Even thou it was hard sometimes to hear or understand him, I was so happy to see him and listen to his all mighty laughter - such a gentle, kind and funny man! Let the seed of compassion grow also within you. I'm starting to water mine starting from today.
