WATCH: DO WHAT YOU LOVE NO EXCUSES!

Today I gave a speech about entrepreneurship and my own story of how did I get here at my old University of Applied Sciences HAAGA-HELIA. I want to share the story and my thoughts on entrepreneurship here too but meanwhile I want you to listen to this TED Talk. Inspirational, funny and thought provoking - enjoy and get inspired!

FIRST YEAR OF THE REST OF MY LIFE

UPDATE: AN OLD TEXT FROM 2013 - WANTED TO SHARE IT STILL TO SHOW MY FEELINGS AT THAT TIME!

"It's been a crazy first year of being an entrepreneur and I wanna share some highlights and memories of the trip. I hope this coming year I'll have more time take more time to blogging again to keep you guys (hello? Anyone there anymore?) updated on the ongoing projects and just daily crazyness. This year has been full of surprises, laughter and cries, sometimes feeling like my head will explode of too much working and worrying and then on other days like my heart out of pure joy and happiness."

Last summer around this time we started to renovate our yoga studio Pihasali after I had
bought it from my mother. Like it wasn't enough this summer we'll be expanding and
renovating a new space which will open in September 2013!

Pas year has challenged me to look life in a new way. Sometimes (usually) things don't
go as planned but then you just find a new angle and go with the flow. Life always
finds its way, one way or another. Don't fight it, go with it!

A moment when I escaped to the toilet from our yoga studio's opening party last
August. Happy me!

Lunch with my mom. It's been very important to have mother-daughter moments between the
yoga classes and weekly meetings. Being her boss now and working together isn't THAT
always but I feel like this experience has made us closer and I've grown a lot from last year.
I've learnt so much about patience and taking advices from others, it's usually easier said
than done. I'm happy to have my mom as my teacher, advicer, colleague and .... Mom.
NANNANDA has also gained some media attention and name. Still quite unknown and
small name but I've had the opportunity to participate in different projects and being
asked to hold jewelry workshops in many happening, can't be more grateful.

First NANNANDA video was filmed last fall and if you haven't seen it, please watch it now
and let me know what you think about it. I'm SUPER happy with the end result. Love my
friends and family who always support my ideas and plans. Unconditionally. Much love!
Couldn't have done this year without you guys!

It's important to have some wiser people to look up to on those days when nothing seems to
go in the right way. Read a book, listen to some motivational songs or audio books, watch
Ted videos. Anything that takes you from the negative thought swamp back to the light.

Surround yourself with people who make you laugh, motivate and challenge you, want only
the best for you.

Friends who balance you, with whom you can be yourself on good and bad days.

Friends who remind that life is full of colours. Who remind to be silly and not take life too
seriously!
