I'm so happy about the positive feedback I've got from nannanda jewelries - I was also featured here, exciting! 'Though "Do You Remember" is the first chapter released from a short film based to music from Ane's forthcoming album "It all starts with One", it is the third chapter in the film that houses no fewer than four orchestrated songs to be premiered in autumn 2011.

The Director for the whole project Magnus Renfors, says of the venture:


"Ane's music is like a great ocean housed under the roof of a great old theater, where pictures are hung from the threads of the music shooting out, so it really does the job itself. That said, the images require a certain height and a substantively dramatic level, otherwise the music, sometimes so sublime and skin tingling, can rush over the head of the visual aspects. Ane and I have done stuff together since 2003 and already on the last album we talked about doing something bigger, more coherent, and this time it was really the one. "'

BRAIN HELL (OR HEAVEN?)

The title of the song above was very fitting for the beginning of my week which started with a good old friend of mine, Migraine. For three days I was in constant pain, in milder headache to a strong, head pounding, brain killing inner explosion which wouldn't take a hike even with the proper triangle marked pills - three days torture! And on the last day of the migraine attack I was beeing photo shooted for an article about migraines - how theme convenient! I'll share the storie with you guys later when the issue is out...

Now I'm feeling better again but the Brain Hell stopped me again to ask myself: what can I learn from this Pain? What is it trying to tell me? To quote Kahlil Gibran, "Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding". I'm so thankful about my migraines these days because I know it's my body trying to message me something, it's the alarm system going on when I'm not listening to myself enough. Luckily I have this sensitivity to keep me grounded, connected to myself because otherwise I'd have pushed myself already too far and to an early grave - menthaly and/or physically.

Expand your mind, they way of seeing, hearing and sensing life. We're so used to believe what we're being told by others that we forget the child-like way of testing other options and looking for other solutions by ourself. There's so much potential in you which you can't even understand yet. Our brain is a beautiful, mysterious thing which we should challenge every day - stop watching TV all day long. With the programs that are being broadcasted now, it will just make you lazy and dumb. For sure you don't want that, you want more from your life! Don't believe what you're being told, discover it yourself. Be curious, open minded, ask questions and find answers, listen to your Inner voice, your heart and find your way!

I can guarantee that it won't be easy but hey - who came here to this beautiful planet Earth of ours to have a free ride? Enjoy the ride with all the bumps in the road, the lows and highs - in the end you will find all the potential in you, Yourself.
